Standard Registration
Fee = $1,595
Note: to qualify for Standard Enroll.ment Rate,
you must register on or before June 12, 2009
and stay at our conference hotel. After June 12, 2009 the rate will be $1,795.
Standard Registration includes:
- A complete set of handouts for all sessions (on CD).
- Attendance at any session
- Breakfast and lunch, (Tuesday through Thursday)
- Refreshment breaks (Monday afternoon through Thursday)
- An evening reception (with entertainment)
- Free wireless internet connection
Commuter Registration
Fee = $1,795
(Hotel Stay is Not Required)

FAMILY MEAL PLAN |

Back by popular demand! With the optional Family Meal Plan, you can combine education and vacation at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort. Your family and guests can join you for breakfast and lunch, or adult guests can accompany you to the reception on Monday evening. Below are the details of Family Meal Plan:
- Breakfast and Lunch (Tues - Thurs, June 23 - June 25)
- Reception for adult guests on Tuesday evening, June 23
- Does not include refreshment breaks between sessions
- Advanced signup is required
Pricing for the Family Meal Plan:
- Children 5 years and younger - Free
- Kids between 6 and 12 years old - $99 per person
- Kids over 12 years old - $175 per person
- Spouses and adult guests - $175 per person
