What is the Family Meal Plan?

The optional Family Meal Plan allows you to combine education and vacation at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort. Your family and guests can join you for breakfast and lunch, or adult guests can accompany you to the reception on Tuesday evening. Below are the details of Family Meal Plan:

• Breakfast and Lunch (Tues - Thurs, June 23 - June 25)
• Reception for adult guests on Tuesday evening, June 23
• Does not include refreshment breaks between sessions
• Advanced signup is required

Pricing for the Family Meal Plan:

• Children 5 years and younger - Free
• Kids between 6 and 12 years old - $99 per person
• Kids over 12 years old - $175 per person
• Spouses and adult guests - $175 per person

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference. Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the refund schedule listed below, minus a handling fee of $25 for payment made by check or $75 for payment made by credit card:

  • 50% Refund up to June 4, 2009
  • No Refund after June 4, 2009
  • Hotel Reservation Cut-Off: May 25, 2009 (Last day to guarantee special conference rate)
  • Early-bird Registration Cut-Off: May 29, 2009 (Registration rates increase by $200 after this date)
  • Advance Registration Cut-Off: June 11, 2009 (On-site registration only after this date)
  • Online Registration Cuf-Off: June 11, 2009 (On-site registration only after this date)
